Food presentation plays an important role as Vedas demonstrates the importance of colour in Indian food with natural yellows, greens, reds and whites banishing the brown sludge seen in the many restaurants serving imitations of Indian food. Every dish is presented with style in the kitchen by chefs.
WINE
Vedas is famous for pioneering the selection of wines to accompany Indian food and destroying the stereotype that beer is the only appropriate alcohol with spicy food.
Our wine list has been carefully compiled by the owner Anoop Sangwan, to compliment and enhance the flavours of Indian food. It features a unique selection of over 60 wines.
